Personal documents

  1. Valid passport (renew if expiring within 3 months). 2. Moroccan CNIE. 3. European driving licence (valid in Morocco, no international licence needed). 4. Vaccination booklet (recommended for children).

Vehicle (if driving)

  1. Original registration document. 6. Vehicle insurance (green card covering Morocco). 7. Accident report form. 8. No motorway vignette in Morocco, tolls are pay-as-you-go.

Customs and allowances

  1. Holiday allowance: MAD 25,000 (~EUR 2,300) duty-free. 10. Permanent return: MAD 30,000, two shipments within 6 months. 11. Currency declaration: mandatory above MAD 100,000 (~EUR 9,200). 12. Personal medication: duty-free with prescription.
