The Italian employers' organization CNA Toscana Centro and the Moroccan Chamber of Commerce in Italy signed a protocol in Prato to structure economic ties and facilitate Italian firms' access to African markets via Morocco. It also plans joint trade missions and fair participation

Italy-Morocco: a protocol to strengthen the economic bridge

The Italian employers' organisation CNA Toscana Centro and the Moroccan Chamber of Commerce in Italy signed a memorandum of understanding on Friday in Prato. The signing anchors a shared willingness to structure relations between the two shores.

The text aims to intensify economic exchanges and broaden Italian companies' access to African markets. The Kingdom is presented as a privileged gateway to the continent.

Both parties intend to establish a stable collaboration framework to facilitate investments and bilateral partnerships. Trade and institutional missions are scheduled, as well as a joint presence at trade fairs and sectoral events.
