The 2030 World Cup will generate an enormous demand for skilled professionals. The sectors with the greatest needs include: construction and civil engineering (stadiums, motorways, the Kénitra-Marrakech high-speed rail line), hospitality and tourism (50,000+ hotel rooms to be built), transport and logistics (airports, railway stations), and digital and communications (ticketing systems, security, media). Skilled MRE are sought after for their cross-cultural background and international expertise. Key roles include: project managers, engineers, architects, hotel directors, security specialists, digital consultants, and translators.
