Can I cover multiple cities?
The free profile and Essential plan cover 1 city. The Premium plan allows up to 3 cities simultaneously. If you practise in multiple cities, you can mention your service areas in your profile description.
What happens if my application is rejected?
We'll notify you by email with the reasons for rejection. In most cases, it's an incomplete application. You can resubmit once you've provided the missing information.
How do MREs contact me?
Via the secure messaging system built into the platform. Your email and phone number are never displayed publicly. You control what you share.
