The Isère CAF demands repayment of €2,160.57 in activity bonus from a Moroccan national. The Grenoble administrative court dismissed his appeal on 23 June 2026, upholding officially the recovery over two periods: March‑June 2021 and October 2021‑June 2022.

The Isère CAF is demanding repayment of 2 160,57 euros of activity bonus from a Moroccan national. The individual was contesting this debt before the Grenoble administrative tribunal.

The judge dismissed his appeal in a judgment delivered on 23 June 2026, available on Doctrine. The decision confirms the well‑founded nature of the recovery procedure launched by the agency.

The sum corresponds to bonuses paid over two distinct periods. The first runs from March to June 2021. The second extends from October 2021 to June 2022.
