During the Marhaba 2026 Operation (June 5 - September 15), the Mohammed V Foundation runs a 24/7 assistance system for MRE. Here is the verified official directory of emergency numbers to keep during your trip.

This hotline handles: medical assistance at ports, roadside assistance, incident reporting, requests for temporary accommodation for MRE in transit, support for MRE in difficulty.

Documents to keep on you

  • Passport or CNIE valid ≥ 6 months after the return date
  • Vehicle registration (if traveling by car)
  • International insurance (green card or Moroccan border insurance)
  • Driving license valid 5+ years
